Jenee far exceeded our expectations. This was our third attempt at selling our home in a two year period and we were anxious and worried. She was sincere and honest in her assessment of our home, it's value and it's condition and carefully made her evaluations and recommendations so we knew what direction to go and where to invest the time and effort. I suffered an injury while preparing the house for sale and Jenee and her team jumped in to come alongside my wife and assist with all the preparations. Jenee was absolutely amazing. I'd have to write a book to explain how far and wide Jenee went to see through the sale of my mother's estate. Since I live in Virginia, there were some logistic and travel restrictions that made this sale additionally interesting and complex. Jenee allowed me to focus on moving a family member who was not longer able to viably reside in the residence while Jenee took care of nearly all of the house preparation work and yard landscaping work after a year of neglect. She got the house and yard looking great and ready for sale. We communicated often on the asking price, views, and next steps. Jenee is meticulous in her worked and her attention to detail is remarkable. I have bought and sold numerous houses over the years and Jenee is a realtor in a league of her own. If "normal" realtors get rated 1-5 stars, Jenee gets 10 STARS! Hands down. Look her up!

Any competent real estate agent will take care of the basics of getting a house sold: putting out a sign, listing on MLS, photos taken, etc. Jenee' was incredibly helpful at helping me get the nuts and bolts done for getting my Mom's place ready for sale.
My mother lived in Washington State when she died, and I, her executor, live in BC. This meant that it was difficult for me to come down and do stuff. In particular, removing a lifetime's worth of stuff was a huge challenge. Jenee' was awesome at that.
After we heirs took away a small amount of stuff that we wanted, she helped organize the contents for the estate sale, helped price goods, got a cash bag, helped run the sale for the first day, arranged for charities to pick up some of the unsold items, and made everything else disappear (maybe by hauling it to the dump, I didn't want to know).
She helped my brother physically move out of the house, hauling I don't know how many loads in her truck over.
She fixed a few small things (or arranged to have them fixed), arranged for the carpets to be cleaned and for the house to get well-cleaned.
She did all this while being unfailingly cheerful and positive. It was really a relief to have her help.
Particularly if you are dealing with an estate sale, I would highly recommend Jenee'!

I got notice that my rental was being renovated and I had 37 days to move out. I immediately called Jenee and we were out looking at houses right away. She listened to what I wanted/needed in my home and she found me my dream home! She is really the best! I made an offer and she stayed on top of everything. Jenee helped us for months try and find the perfect house to purchase. We probably saw 30 or so houses until we found the perfect one in the perfect area that was just right for us. We got it on a short sale and was a able to get it for a great price! We lived in that house for 3 years and within that time brought our two daughters home there and made some amazing memories. When the market started to climb we wanted to do something different. Jenee took the time to go through all of our options from renting it out to selling it and what we would have to do to the property to make either of those options happen. We decided to sell the house and Jenee was there to help us all the way. She came and helped us paint and clean and even put new carpet in the house to make sure it had a great entrance and wow factor. She went above and beyond the call of duty. We decided we wanted to make a huge life change and move onto a boat! She helped us even with that! To make sure we were getting into the right space for our family.
